Each of our jewellery is carefully crafted, quality-checked, and packaged to ensure the highest standards are met before it arrives at your door.

Due to the nature of our product and the level of customization and precision involved in each order, we maintain a strict no refund policy unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

⚠️ Refund Eligibility for Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged or you suspect a manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team at contact@talismarajewels.com

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Our quality assurance team will review your case within 2–3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will initiate a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.

🚫 Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind

  • Misuse or accidental damage after delivery

  • Delayed delivery due to events beyond our control (weather, customs, local courier issues)
